* [ ] Convert IRC8 NAMES to IRC NAMES

* [ ] Convert styled PRIVMSG to normal PRIVMSG
* [ ] Supports CTCP "ERR NOUSERWHISPER".

## Known Issues
* Auth doesn't always work with AdiIRC (probably due to UTF8 quirks)
